Molex 0.50 mm SMT Bottom Contact FFC/FPC Connectors, 54132 Series 0.50 mm pitch SMT right angle mounting FFC/FPC connectors with a bottom contact configuration for use with Molex Premo-Flex FFC cable. These 0.5mm SMT FFC/FPC connectors have a low profile, compact design for extra space savings with a mated height of just 2mm. The actuator has a durable design and pushes down and locks to secure the connection between the FFC/FPC and the connector terminals. The Zero Insertion Force (ZIF) contacts of these 0.5mm FFC/FPC connectors allow for the insertion of very thin cable and enable repeated cycling with minimal wear. The terminals are also movable to provide a more secure contact retention. A pre-hold cable retention feature enables the FPC to be inserted accurately.
