ChillyBitsJr(TM), For Use With Drill Presses, Lathes And Other Machining and Drilling Units That Might Require Coolant, Uses Compressed Air to Produce Air Colder Than 32 F Cooling The Bits and Eliminating The Need For Mist Coolants When Drilling And Machining, Steel Air Chillers Use compressed air for spot cooling; eliminate the need for coolant misting in cutting, sawing, and machining. Cold-air machining improves tool life and parts finish quality, speeds production, and avoids heat-related parts growth. Operate at 80 to 100 psi. Use standard air line, no need for electric power. Magnetic base adjusts on 3 axes. Adjustable nozzle precisely directs cold air. Temp. adjusts below 32 F. Compact size for tight areas; ChillyBits Jr. is ultracompact. Use in tooling for extended use and reduced labor costs; for quick setup with hot melts and adhesives; with weld beads and injection molds to speed production and reduce scrap.
