PosiTector PC Powder Checker Uncured Powder Thickness Gage

The DeFelsko PosiTector PC Non-contact Uncured Powder Thickness Gage is able to measures uncured powder coatings using non-contact ultrasonic technology to automatically calculate and display a predicted cured thickness. Wireless probe communicates with base unit up to thirty feet away and advanced new technology allows measurement on small tubes, odd shapes and moving parts. Features a hand-held, battery operated meter that does not require a calibration adjustment for most powders. Meter body is durable, solvent, acid, oil, water and dust resistant as well as weatherproof. Infrared connection and USB port allows for fast, simple connection to a PC or to supply continuous power. Functions as a USB mass storage device; stored readings and graphs can be accessed using universal PC/Mac web browsers or file explorers, no software required. Live measurement results can be sent to a data collector or spray booth controller. Gauge comes complete with base unit and probe, protective rubber holster with belt loop and magnetic mount, probe fixture, 3 AAA batteries (for base unit), 3 AA batteries (for probe), instructions, instructional video, USB cable, carabiner and wrist strap, durable carrying case, and 2 year manufacturer's warranty.
