Baseline
Portable detector works with a PC, laptop, or remotely as a stand-alone detector Store up to 36,000 readings in the internal memory Monitor and record total volatile organic compounds (TVOC) quickly and easily with the VOC-TRAQ gas detector. A lamp generates high-energy ultraviolet radiation that ionizes gas particles creating a small current through a pair of electrodes. This signal is proportional to the concentration of gas molecules. The major gases that make up air, such as nitrogen, oxygen, and carbon dioxide have ionization potentials greater than the UV lamp, so they are not detected. This makes the VOC-TRAQ ideal for detecting VOCs in air without interference. The detector can be operated while connected to a computer through the USB port or it can remotely store up to 36,000 readings in internal memory using the optional rechargeable battery pack. The LED indicator blinks green during operation, red during an alarm condition, and yellow when an alarm condition occurred then returned below the alarm level. The included software allows easy setup, calibration, display, and analysis of your data. In setup, you can define time between samples, start delay, alarm levels, and enable audible alarms.
