Accurate and reliable performance in a compact, durable package ±1% total error band accuracy High EMI/RFI rating High temperature capability High accuracy is accomplished by marrying a high performance ASIC to a very stable polysilicon thin film pressure sensor. The sensor is electron-beam welded to a pressure fitting of stainless steel, providing high overpressure capability and outstanding durability against shock and vibration. Transducer circuitry is held securely within an internal cage and housed in a reinforced nylon enclosure.
