27-157
USP22 is a subunit of the SAGA transcriptional cofactor complex. It deubiquitylates histone H2B and is recruited to specific genes by activators like Myc. USP22 is needed for cell cycle progression. It deubiquitylates histone H2A in addition to H2B. Altered mRNA expression is associated with therapy failure and death in patients multiple types of cancer. USP22 antibody can be used for detection of USP22 by ELISA at 1:312500. USP22 antibody can be used for detection of USP22 by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50, 000 - 100, 000. Antibody is purified by peptide affinity chromatography method. Antibody is lyophilized in PBS buffer with 2% sucrose. Add 50 μL of distilled water. Final antibody concentration is 1 mg/mL. Aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
