GTX76527
TGFB is a peptide that regulates differentiation, proliferation, and other functions in many types of cells. TGFB coordinates with TGFA (MIM 190170) in inducing transformation. It also behaves as a negative autocrine growth factor. Apoptosis may result from the dysregulation of TGFB acitvation and signaling. TGFB is synthesized by many cells and most of them have specific receptors for this peptide.
