Phosphorylates specifically ribosomal protein S6 in response to insulin or several classes of mitogens. Promotes protein synthesis by phosphorylating PDCD4 at 'Ser-67' and targeting it for degradation. Western Blot: 1:500~1:1000, Immunohistochemistry: 1:50~1:100 Antibodies were purified by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific peptide. Antibody supplied in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. Aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
