ACE3111203
ACE C18 HL (high load) uses a proprietary bonding and end-capping process to produce a very rugged and robust octadecyl (C18) phase with high surface area. ACE C18 HL is especially useful for preparative applications. ACE columns are manufactured using ultra-pure based-deactivated silica that has extremely low silanol activity. This ultra-pure silica is efficiently bonded and exhaustively end-capped using proprietary technology. The result is silica based stationary phase that has virtually eliminated the negative effects of silanols on chromatographic separations. ACE C18 HL is a high surface area, high carbon load phase, leading to increased retention and loading compared to ACE C18. Availability of particle sizes up to 15 microns ensures easy scale-up for preparative and process scale applications. ACE C18 HL is available in 3, 5, 10 and 15 micron particles sizes. ACE C18 HL has a surface area of 400 m2/g and a carbon load of 20.0%. ACE C18 HL has a recommended pH range of 2-8 (working outside these ranges will reduce column lifetime).
