ProSci - 25-612 - SNRPA1 Antibody, ProSci (Each (50µG))
25-612
SNRPA1 contains 3 LRR (leucine-rich) repeats and belongs to the U2 small nuclear ribonucleoprotein A family. It is associated with sn-RNP U2 and helps the A' protein to bind stem loop IV of U2 snRNA. SNRPA1 antibody can be used for detection of SNRPA1 by ELISA at 1:312500. SNRPA1 antibody can be used for detection of SNRPA1 by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50, 000 - 100, 000. Antibody is purified by peptide affinity chromatography method. Antibody is lyophilized in PBS buffer with 2% sucrose. Add 50 μL of distilled water. Final antibody concentration is 1 mg/mL. Aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
