FOXO3A belongs to the forkhead family of transcription factors which are characterized by a distinct forkhead domain. This gene likely functions as a trigger for apoptosis through expression of genes necessary for cell death. Translocation of this gene with the MLL gene is associated with secondary acute leukemia.This gene belongs to the forkhead family of transcription factors which are characterized by a distinct forkhead domain. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding the same protein have been observed. FOXO3 antibody can be used for detection of FOXO3 by ELISA at 1:312500. FOXO3 antibody can be used for detection of FOXO3 by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50, 000 - 100, 000. Antibody is purified by peptide affinity chromatography method. Antibody is lyophilized in PBS buffer with 2% sucrose. Add 50 μL of distilled water. Final antibody concentration is 1 mg/mL. Aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
