Aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases catalyze the aminoacylation of tRNA by their cognate amino acid. Because of their central role in linking amino acids with nucleotide triplets contained in tRNAs, aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases are thought to be among the first proteins that appeared in evolution. VARS belongs to class-I aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase family and is located in the class III region of the major histocompatibility complex.Aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases catalyze the aminoacylation of tRNA by their cognate amino acid. The protein encoded by this gene belongs to class-I aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase family and is located in the class III region of the major histocompatibility complex. VARS antibody can be used for detection of VARS by ELISA at 1:12500. VARS antibody can be used for detection of VARS by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50, 000 - 100, 000. Antibody is purified by peptide affinity chromatography method. Antibody is lyophilized in PBS buffer with 2% sucrose. Add 50 μL of distilled water. Final antibody concentration is 1 mg/mL. Aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
