MAX dimerization protein belongs to a subfamily of MAX-interacting proteins. MXD1 competes with MYC for binding to MAX to form a sequence-specific DNA-binding complex, acts as a transcriptional repressor (while MYC appears to function as an activator) and is a candidate tumor suppressor.MAX dimerization protein belongs to a subfamily of MAX-interacting proteins. MXD1 antibody can be used for detection of MXD1 by ELISA at 1:62500. MXD1 antibody can be used for detection of MXD1 by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50, 000 - 100, 000. Antibody is purified by peptide affinity chromatography method. Antibody is lyophilized in PBS buffer with 2% sucrose. Add 50 μL of distilled water. Final antibody concentration is 1 mg/mL. Aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
