ACE3211010
ACE C18-HL uses a proprietary bonding and end-capping process to produce a very rugged and robust high surface area phase. ACE C18-HL Columns are an excellent choice for preparative separations. ACE columns are manufactured using ultra-pure based-deactivated silica that has extremely low silanol activity. This ultra-pure silica is efficiently bonded and exhaustively end-capped using proprietary technology. The result is silica based stationary phase that has virtually eliminated the negative effects of silanols on chromatographic semi-prep and prep separations. ACE C18-HL Semi-Prep and Prep HPLC Columns use a high surface area, high carbon load phase, leading to increased retention and loading compared to ACE C18. Availability of particle sizes up to 15 microns ensures easy scale-up for preparative and process scale applications. ACE C18-HL Semi-Prep and Prep Columns are available in 5 micron and 10 micron particles sizes. ACE C18-HL Semi-Prep and Prep Columns have a surface area of 400 m2/g and a carbon load of 20.0%. ACE C18 HL Semi-Prep and Prep Columns have a recommended pH range of 2-8. Working outside these ranges will reduce column lifetime.
