ACE1340510
ACE CN uses a proprietary bonding and end-capping process to produce a very rugged and robust cyanopropyl phase. ACE columns are manufactured using ultra-pure based-deactivated silica that has extremely low silanol activity. This ultra-pure silica is efficiently bonded and exhaustively end-capped using proprietary technology. The result is silica based stationary phase that has virtually eliminated the negative effects of silanols on chromatographic semi-prep and prep separations. ACE CN semi-prep and prep HPLC Columns are suitable for use in both normal- and reversed-phase modes. Greatly improved performance, stability and reproducibility compared to conventional CN phases. ACE CN Semi-Prep and Prep Columns are available in 5 micron and 10 micron particles sizes. ACE C18 Semi-Prep and Prep Columns have a surface area of 300 m2/g and a carbon load of 5.5%. ACE CN Semi-Prep and Prep Columns have a recommended pH range of 2-8. Working outside these ranges will reduce column lifetime.
