The MITEE-BITE® PRODUCTS Uniforce® machinable wedge-action clamp is an aluminum/steel compact clamp with extra material on the clamping jaws that you can custom-machine to conform to the shape of specific workpieces. A unique locking plate holds the clamp rigid and eliminates vibration while machining the jaws. A steel wedge spreads the clamping force on both sides of the 7075-T6 aluminum channel; allows more parts per load than vice soft jaws, to lower your overall cost of production. Excellent for odd-shaped workpieces.
