MILLER ELECTRIC
This high-purity regulator is designed to provide control of high-purity gases. It features an encapsulated, filtered seat design to prevent contamination from entering the seating area. The stainless steel diaphragm offers precise control of outlet pressure. Its nickel-plated finish with brass/stainless steel barstock construction helps to prevent outgassing. A built-in safety relief valve protects regulator from overpressurization.
