Designed with a lightweight and flexible cement construction, these steel-toe work boots feature a full grain leather upper, a Dri-Lex® lining, a removable Michelin orthotic chassis cushion insole, a Phylon midsole, a Michelin Pilot Exalto rubber outsole, and a fiberglass shank. The nonmetallic eyelets are designed to help reduce the possibility of marking or scratching work surfaces.The thermo-plastic urethane chassis is biometrically engineered to give added arch and heel support. Special channels are built into the chassis to circulate air throughout the boot with every step you take.The rubber internal metatarsal guards are made from rubber blends engineered to provide maximum impact protection and flexibility. They retain their shape without sacrificing comfort or performance. They meet or exceed ASTM Class 75 Metatarsal Protection standards. Note: This footwear is designed to provide secondary protection from incidental contact with live electrical circuits. It meets F2413-11 Section 5.5 requirements and is tested to resist the application of 18,000 volts at 60 Hz for 1 minute with no current flow in excess of 1 milliampere under dry conditions. It should not be worn in explosive or hazardous areas where conductive footwear is required.
