THOROGOOD SHOES
Men’s 8”H static dissipative boot from Thorogood Shoes features an oil tanned full-grain leather upper with a Dri-Lex® lining to keep feet cool, dry, and comfortable. Includes removable polyurethane static dissipative insole, fiberglass shank, green stripe rubber midsole, and dual-density polyurethane outsole with 90° heel. Goodyear® welt construction is very sturdy and durable. The welt (a strip of leather or plastic) is stitched to the upper and midsole. The outsole is then attached with adhesive to the bottom and may also be stitched through the welt. Note: This footwear is constructed to reduce the accumulation of static electricity by conducting the body charge to the properly grounded flooring system. It must have a lower limit of electrical resistance of 1 megohm and an upper limit of 100 megohms. Meets F2413-11 Section 5.6 requirements.
