THOROGOOD SHOES
Designed with Goodyear™ storm welt construction, these steel-toe Wellington work boots feature a 10" regal soggy full grain leather upper with Kevlar® stitching and a side zipper. Additional features include a two-zone wicking mesh lining, a removable dual-density Ultimate Shock Absorption™ footbed, a rubber midsole, a Vibram® rubber outsole, a composite shank, and a round toe.The patented I-Met metatarsal technology features the only internal metatarsal guard that is completely integrated with the steel toe cap. This integration permanently “locks” the metatarsal into place to prevent “rolling/floating” of the guard. The plastic guard features serrated edges to increase flexibility while also protecting the instep.Note: This footwear is designed to provide secondary protection from incidental contact with live electrical circuits. It meets F2413-11 Section 5.5 requirements and is tested to resist the application of 18,000 volts at 60 Hz for 1 minute with no current flow in excess of 1 milliampere under dry conditions. It should not be worn in explosive or hazardous areas where conductive footwear is required.
