The modules can be used individually or as power control building blocks. Their high thermal efficiency assures long life and reliable performance. Six different package sizes allow for a maximum output current of 500 amps for standard hybrid modules and 200 amps for fast switching versions. Blocking voltages are available as high as 2600 volts for standard hybrids and 1300 volts for fast switching modules.
