In 20‑ and 30‑amp ranges, DuraTite mates with existing 1530A Ever‑Lok receptacles already in use. When an Ever‑Lok connection is made, it is a mechanical attachment that will not pull apart unless it is unlocked by hand. To install, line up the tabs and plug it straight in. External buttons or ribs lock with the mating internal housing automatically. When an Ever‑Lok connector plugs in, it stays in. Locked housings do the work so Ever‑Lok contacts can carry the load! A firm grip and a counter‑clockwise reverse twist‑release locking for easy removal.
