1C silicon adhesive and sealing compounds, type Momentive vormals GE Bayer Silicones RTV. General-purpose adhesive and sealing compounds for electronic applications. Favorable properties, adhesion without primer on almost any substrate. The type designation RTV is the abbreviation for a typical compound property, namely the cross-linkage at room temperature. Self-running, type RTV 116. High temperature-resistant, chemical-proof, adhesion without primer on almost all substrates, good electrical insulation properties; Shore A hardness: 20. Tensile strength: 2.5 MPa. Elongation: 350 %. Note: the compound can act slightly corrosive (namely in combination with copper). Operating temperatures: max. +260 °C (briefly to +315 °C).
