Screwlock, type Ergo 4003/4052/4101. With patented, infinitely variable fine-dosing dispenser (self-cleaning when closed) for direct liquid application to the thread for complete filling of the thread gaps. The agent provides absolute material contact, corrosion protection, is tension-free, vibration-resistant and extremely resistant to aggressive media; Operating temperatures: –55 °C to +150 °C. Medium-strength version, type 4052. General-purpose agent, ideal for rust-free passivated screws, excellent resistance to media and heat, also hardens at low temperatures without activator; Initial breakaway torque: approx. 21 N/m. Compression shear strength: approx. 20 N/mm² (DIN 54452). Viscosity: 5000 to 9000 mPa/s (spindle /rpm 3/2. 5) and 1500 to 3000 mPa/s (spindle /rpm: 3/20). Gap filling capability: 0.25 mm. Thread diameter: max. M 36. Ultimate strength: 1.0 to 3.0 h. Color: blue, fluorescent. Type : 4052, fine-dosing dispenser, 10 g
