Protecting and insulating varnish, type Kontakt Chemie PLASTIK 70 SUPER. For highest demands in the field of electronics. This new type of acrylic resin varnish combines fast drying times with ultimate protection and insulation properties and provides a reliable long-term protection for PCBs and electronic components against dirt, dampness, aggressive fumes and fluctuating weathering influences. The varnish contains a UV tracer for a visual check of the surface coverage under UV light and allows soldering; Application temperatures: –40 to +125 °C. Density: 0.85 to 0.91 g/cm³. Drying time: 20 to 30 min (touch dry), 1 day (completely dry). Surface resistance: min. 10^12 ohm. Specific forward resistance: min. 10^13 ohm/cm. Dielectric strength: min. 85 kV/mm.
