Structural adhesive, type Panacol Penloc ZT. For reliable joining of parts such as roller bearings, bearing bushes, shafts, stud bolts, precision fitting, e.g. press-fit press-fitting can be replaced with sliding seats of a wider tolerance range. Mechanical securing elements such as wedges, pins or parallel keys are superfluous. The adhesive increases the friction coefficient up to 3 times and simultaneously prevents fretting corrosion; Base resin: acrylate. Play: max. 0.1 mm. Viscosity: 200 mPas. Flame point: min. 100 °C. Density: approx. 1.12 g/cm³. Hand strength: 5 to 20 min. Functional strength: 45 to 300 min. Ultimate strength: 6 to 24 h. Thermal resistance: –55 to +150 °C, in cured state. Unlocking torque: 12.5 N/m. Compression shear strength: 11.5 N/mm². Breakdown voltage: 8.5 kV/mm. Type : Penloc ZT, structural adhesive, low strength, yellow, 50 cm³
