KEYTROLLER PRECISE PCSE-1000 Hydraulic Weighing System The KEYTROLLER PRECISE is the most accurate hydraulic scale on the market. The PRECISE is a hydraulic scale designed for forklifts and is built to stand up to tough abusive applications. The accuracy rating is .2% of the rated load or (10# in 5000#). The system incorporates a hydraulic by-pass manifold that allows the system to weigh dynamically rather than statically as most hydraulic scales. Weighing dynamically eliminates many of the variables that are present in conventional static weighing hydraulic scales. The by-pass module is installed in the main lift line. During the weighing process the operator raise the load to a magnetic sensor mounted on the mast and the magnet is mounted on the carriage. The system will sound letting the operator know that he is ready to start the weighing process. The operator presses the WEIGH button, hydraulic fluid passes through the module and returns to the reservoir as the fork lower 6-8 inches over a 5 second period. The PRECISE stops lowering and displays an accurate weight. The RS232 serial port is standard for transmitting weight data to a printer or to a Bluetooth enabled printer. Weighing events can also be saved on a USB stick or an SD card. The system is equipped with advanced logging functions up to 100 groups with up to 100 weighing events per group. All weighing events are time and date stamped and may be printed in the form of a receipt, label or complete weighing report using the optional printer. The PRECISE system is equipped with an overload graph that will show the operator the weight of the current load compared to the maximum load of the vehicle to prevent overload issues. * PRECISE Hydraulic Weighing System PCSE-1000 directly replaces the Vanguard HI-Accuracy Mobile Weighing System WVH-2000
