The HCPL-090J-000E is a 4-channel high speed Digital Isolator IC provides high speed performance and excellent transient immunity specifications. The CMOS isolator is configured as unidirectional, two channels in one direction and two channels in opposite direction and one channel in one direction and three channels in opposite direction. These high channel densities make them ideally suited to isolating data conversion devices, parallel buses and peripheral interfaces. The symmetric magnetic coupling barrier gives these devices a typical pulse width distortion of 2ns, a typical propagation delay skew of 4ns and 100Mbaud data rate, making them the industry's fastest digital isolators. 15kV/µs Minimum common mode rejection 2500VRMS Isolation +3.3V and +5V TTL/CMOS compatible 15ns Maximum propagation delay ESD sensitive device, take proper precaution while handling the device.
